How To Enter
- Please read all the 2026 Rules and Regulations (coming soon).
- You will need to complete the Online Entry Form 2026 to begin, available in February 2026.
- Please note the requirement for keeping a logbook. (Logbook Requirements)
- You are required to have uploaded your project and all supporting documents by Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 5 p.m. including
- Ethics forms for any projects involving human participation or animal use.
- A brief summary report.
- A completed Release and Declaration form unless you are entering as a student from a school with a teacher collecting forms.
- A $10 fee per project must be presented at the fair together with any outstanding Release and Declaration or Ethics forms between 8 and 8:30 am before setting up your project at the fair (North Grenville Municipal Centre, Kemptville ON). Pick up in-person final information at that time. Only projects that have registered online by the deadline noted above will be accepted.
Entry Confirmation
As we receive completed projects, they will be listed on the RSLSF web site through the link PROJECTS ENTERED.
Special Awards
Projects will be nominated for special awards after online registration. RSLSF offers many special awards based on the subject matter of the projects. Click on the SPECIAL AWARDS offered link here.
Judging
Judging will take place in person at the fair. You and your partner (if you worked with a partner) must be available at your project for all interviews. Check the Judging Rubric here.
Awards Ceremony
The Awards Ceremony will take place at the North Grenville Municipal Centre after the fair on April 10, 2026 as close to 3 pm as possible.
