Test Online Entry – Rideau St. Lawrence Science Fair

You need only one entry per project. Both partners complete a single entry and permission form. Make sure you and your Adult Supervisor have read the Rules and Regulations. If you have participants involved or are using other animals in your project, please check the Ethics Guidelines.

BEFORE BEGINNING PLEASE

DOWNLOAD THE 2018 RSLSF Online Permission Form . (right hand margin),
PREPARE YOUR ONE PAGE PROJECT SUMMARY AS A PDF FILE. You will need to upload it on the first page.
CHECK THE SPECIAL AWARDS PAGE. You may self-nominate for up to 3 awards. Write down the CODES you need.
MAKE SURE YOU KNOW
1. The name and email of your Adult Supervisor
2. The names, emails and phone numbers of you and your partner. Note that only one entry per project is needed.
3. Your title (limited to 65 characters), whether you require Ethics Forms and whether you need an electrical outlet.
